The Academy became Vala'Ariel's new home. Even though it wasn't a perfect life, she was content. Vala'Ariel studied to become a Science Officer, like her parents. Curiosity and exploration ,that's what being a science officer is about. She has a passion for the stars, and that was a human emotion
Vala'Ariel could never really blend into Vulcans nor humans. She wasn't as disciplined as other Vulcans and being near the makes her nervous,not that she would show it.
